What are the delivery charges for my order?
- Shipping is free for all prepaid domestic orders, except during special sale events (non - refundable).

When will you ship my order?
Every product is tailor made. We process and ship your garment order as soon as it is ready. It typically takes 20-25 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse in Ahmedabad, India. We will keep you updated regarding the same.
How can I track my order?
- You can track your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
- The tracking details will be shared with you over WhatsApp on your registered contact number.

What if I want my order to be delivered ASAP?
“Glad you Asked” Scenario:
We are a made to measure brand, so we generally do not have any pre sizes ready with us. In some cases, we might have a fit ready for a sample or shoot or a cancelled order. Also, please note that an extra surcharge may apply for an express delivery, depending on your location and the desired delivery timeline.
Do you accept international orders? What are the charges?
We ship outside India (primarily to the US, Singapore, Dubai and Australia). For international
orders, please note:
- For international shipping, Please check the charges at checkout.
- In case there is any import duty, taxes or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
- For US and Australia, the orders usually do not have import duties.
- For Europe/UK, our shipments are done as per laws and may have

Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.
What if I was not available at the time of order delivery? How can I get the
order? How will I get the refund in case of prepaid order?
After 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order, the package is returned to our warehouse.
The order is then treated as cancelled. If you are still interested, you can immediately drop us an email at info@kladonclothing.com or WhatsApp at +91 84014 67248 and we will re-ship it.
An order once processed, cannot be cancelled, you will not be eligible for a refund if you fail to take the delivery.
