How can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible before the garment is under stitching process, which is within 24 hours of placing the order.
To cancel your order go to the website, log in with your credentials, go to my orders, select the order and cancel it. If you are unable to do it within 24 hours, please send an email at info@kladonclothing.com or WhatsApp at +91 84014 67248.
In case of cancellation of my prepaid order, what is your refund policy?
In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount back to the original source within 5-7 business days.
What are the cases where we do not accomodate return or exchange?
For tailored/customised orders, we do not accept any return or exchange. Only alteration can be provided on a case to case basis, request for which needs to be raised within 24 days of receipt of product.
I have received a damaged/defective/wrong product. What should I do?
All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at info@kladonclothing.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. In case of either a damaged product return, please write to info@kladonclothing.com with the subject: "<Order ID> Defective order received"
RETURNS.
Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
Please ensure all items returned/exchanged have original tags and are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Avoid makeup or any other marks. Handover correct items to the pickup executive to prevent incorrect returns. Reuse original packaging for shipment protection. How do I cancel an return request?
To cancel your exchange request, please email us at info@kladonclothing.com with your order number and email id or WhatsApp us at +91 84014 67248 with order details.
How much time will it take for the return/exchange process?
Alteration/Exchange: Once the product reaches our warehouse, your altered/exchange order will be dispatched within 3 to 4 business days. Delivery timelines range from 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Return: Once the product is picked up, refunds will be initiated within 1 to 2 business days.
How long does it take for a refund to get processed?
In case of a return, we offer the full amount back into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.). Once the refund request is accepted/approved from our end, it will take 5 to 7 business days to get it reflected in your account from the date the refund is initiated.
Can I exchange or return international orders?
We do not accommodate return/exchanges in case of international orders.
